I was very happy with the service I received. The tech was very helpful and did exactly what I needed and gave me very good advise. He also located instructions for my computer that helped me to install a new power unit in my computer. I felt secure and I was treated with respect not treated like I was nobody. This service saved my computer and several hundreds of dollars.

Ben with smiley face has done a terrific job on repairing my pc in a timely manner & with great patience.  I would highly recommend using Ben with smiley faces for all your pc needs.  My pc is running like brand new again & I'm loving it.

I was sick and tired of support servicves like my computer's Gateway's techs and Geek Squad all who said they would fix my problem for an outrageous fee and with no guarantee of success and no return if they failed.  I was living with the problem until I started googling the web and found Smiley Face PC.....and took a shot in the dark.  After a chat with the tech, Ashton, he was offering possible solutions before I even committed to the work.....and then when I asked for some assurance....the turning point came when he offered a return if he did not fix the problem.  That did it. I found somebody who was competant and honest.....hard to find....who wasn't just interested in my signing up with my credit card.  Then true to his word....he fixed the problem and cleaned out clutter besides to free it and make it run faster.  Com'on......how lucky can one get.   So thanks Ashton....thanks Smiley (the name does nothing for your skill value) and I've got your number if I need you again.     Bob Weinstein

Smiley Face PC is the 21st century antidote to the Cable Guy syndrome.  No more will I have to sit at home waiting through that amorphous appointment window - our technician will be there between 9:00 AM and Noon  for a consultant who shows up at 1:30 PM and spends the rest of the afternoon in my home office speaking at length with his Help Desk, while I sit by watching the proceedings and guarding the family silver.

When I call Smiley Face, I am speaking with one of their cordial and capable Experts in minutes.  Their Experts access my computer without ever entering my home and usually fix the problem within minutes.  In this day and age when time is, indeed, money, Smiley Face saves me both with their fast and efficient service.

Our FAQs indicate that a working Internet connection is "required" for service.  Required is probably a strong word.

If you are willing to be a little resourceful, our Experts can still help.

Examples include:
  • Use another computer to initiate a chat session
  • Call our 800 number

Our Experts can probably walk you through at least getting your computer back on-line so that we can take over from there.

We solve a couple calls a week using the above methods.

 Last week I was having a little trouble with my computer. It is a PC that I rely on every day as most of us do.  I called Smileyfacepc.com to have it checked out and started working with a very nice young man.  I was very surprised to find out that I had a almost unbeatable set of viruses that was Very, Very difficult to get rid of. Today there is a smile on my face that my computer-buddy PC was saved and I am using it right now - VIRUS FREE!  I had NO idea that I had this problem.  I thought I had done the necessary upgrades and scanning, only to find out that I had downloaded a program I thought would help me that was really a dummy virus program.  I have learned a lot and I feel so happy to find a great competent company and wonderful Experts!  Thank you, thank you, thank you and Ashton, thank you so very much!
